Please guide me to connect my 99 acre lead to excel as well as gmail

Please follow the instructions given below to setup 99Acres as your trigger application.

Setup MS Excel as your action application (Ignore the trigger application)

Setup Gmail as your action application (Ignore the trigger application)

I followed the same steps, 99Acres manager also approved the link, but after successful linking then also label and values are not showing.
Data showing empty and when i try to connect with google sheet, no data is showing there
