Abandoned Recovery Cart Message Not getting triggered | Shopify to WA Cloud API
I have added a delay of 6 hours to trigger abandoned cart recovery message, it's not getting triggered

As per your previous Delay time, it will send data after 2 days-
Now, any new data from the time you have changed the Delay to 6hrs, it will start sending the data from 6hrs only-
Existing data which are now queued for 2days will trigger after two days only.
Hope, this clears your doubt.

The workflow was stopped manually from your end-
This is the reason why it didn't work further.
I will have a check and get back on this similar thread. In the interim, is it possible to automate: IF abandoned cart is recovered on the Shopify website, WA message is triggered.
Right now, it's only doing a whatsapp message to the abandoned cart user. But if in case, it gets recovered, a whatsapp message is triggered.

No, there is no possibility of the request you are asking for, as there is no event to retrieve data for this.
It will be a normal Order Created event from Shopify.
