I am a little bit confused with Twitter integration (triggers)

what does "for the first time only" means in followers type action.

"for the first time only" refers to the process of following like some times some users follow and later unfollow and then again they starts following. In this case, the trigger won't work. It will work for the followers who starts following for the first time.
