Activecampaign's response webhook error

i already saw this thread "https://forum.pabbly.com/threads/activecampaign-webhook-url.4017/" and fill any random name on it but it still show error message about "This webhook URL is already associated with this list. Please enter a different webhook URL or choose a different list."
what can i do , please help me, thanks.
Please create a fresh workflow in your Pabbly Connect account and then after clicking on the "Save & Send Test Request" button, go to your Active Campaign account and add a tag to contact so that the trigger response is received here.
Do check some video on Active Campaign to know how to get trigger response -
