Acumbamail Integration

Hi,

I am trying to integrate Acumbamail into my Pabbly workflow, but there are a lot of limitations.

1. In my workflow, I want to create a campaign using LLM, but I can't do it in Pabbly; I have to do it manually.

2. Also, I want to add new leads automatically to the list of contacts, but I can't do that using Pabbly automation either.

Please help me.

Could you please elaborate on the exact use case you are trying to achieve? Also, let us know what you mean by "LLM" and which applications are involved in your two use cases. Additionally, specify the missing features and what functionalities you require so we can better understand and assist you accordingly. Looking forward to your response.

Following are 2 use cases -

1. I am using OpenAI to write a marketing email that I want to send from Acumbamail. However, the content of the email generated by OpenAI cannot be added to Acumbamail.

2. Any lead generated from the Facebook leads form, I want to be added automatically to the Acumbamail contacts list. I can't do this either.
I hope I have clarified my workflows and requirements.

Upon checking the workflow named Content Ideation to Creation for Emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn we have noticed that the error message says

The template id does not exists or has been used before, in this case, you must duplicate your old template

so we recommend using a template that has been in use or duplicate the old template and then use the duplicated template's ID and let us know if that works.

Secondly, there is an action to add contact or subscriber to Acumbamail named Add/Update subscriber you can use that to achieve your use case.

Thanks for the reply. The problem is that if I use any AI, like OpenAI, to write a marketing email, I can't send that email using Acumbamail because I can't add the content to a campaign, even if I duplicate the campaign.

We’ve tested sending the campaign without mapping the AI-generated content, and the same error is still being returned by the API. This indicates that the issue is likely not with the content but with the template itself. We recommend duplicating the current template or creating a new one and testing again. Please let us know if that resolves the issue.

My main concern is mapping the AI content with campaign rest of the things can be fixed.

How can we add the AI content in a new or duplicate campaign?

You're welcome!

You can simply use any AI tool to generate the content and map it under the Acumbamail "Send Campaign" action event's required fields. This should work without any issues.

Additionally, you can create a new template in Acumbamail and try mapping the AI-generated content there. If you face any issues related to mapping, feel free to reach out for further assistance!

Sorry, it doesn't work like that. How do you add AI content in the campaign? There is no option to do that.

Could you please provide more details about your requirement? Currently, the generated content can only be mapped within the campaign name or subject fields. How would you like it to be added differently? Let us know so we can assist you better.

It is very difficult to make you understand.

Can you please try yourself once to do it? You will get the idea what I am talking.

There is no option of body or subject when I try to send campaign in acumbamail.

Sorry for the confusion. While sending the campaign you can not map the content in the content be sent however you can first create a campaign that allows you to map the content in the body and then you can use the same campaign ID to send the campaign.

How can I create a campaign, is it to duplicate the existing campaign or create a new (but how)?
