Add new row to Google trying to Update instead?

I have a cloned workflow that is similar but different to another.

In the first Google Sheets 'Add Row' it seems to be trying to update rather than add a new row?

I have another workflow adding similar data to the same sheet but shouldn't be a problem?

I've logged out, new browser etc etc and nothing is working.

This came to life overnight. Seems to often happen that way for me with Pabbly. All good now.
