Add or Remove Tag Action for LionDesk

Hi team!

I would like to be able to automatically add or remove a tag from a LionDesk contact identified in a previous step of a workflow based on certain conditions. I wasn't able to find an action to accomplish that. I see an action for creating a tag, but it looks like that will simply create a new systemwide tag without applying it to a particular contact. Can you help with this?

Done! The workflow is called Phone Activity Synch to Liondesk - Caleb. I want to use a router at the end that will add a tag to the contact identified earlier if the body text of the trigger e-mail contains a specific string.

I have noted your request. Please allow us some time to look into the possibility of adding the 'Add Tags to a Contact' action event to LionDesk. I will get back to you soon with an update.

Hey @calebhanson,

As per LionDesk's API documentation, there is no endpoint available to add a tag to a specific contact. Instead, you can only add a tag while creating a new contact using the 'Create Contact' action event.
