Hello, I use Pabbly Connect, and am trying to create a Connect workflow which takes the subscription status (I think this may be referred to as, "Data Subscription Status", but don't hold me to that
) in Pabbly Subscription Billing (PSB) and update a custom field in HubSpot every time it changes on a record in PSB.
The values in this "Data Subscription Status" field in PSB are:
- Live, Pending, Paused, Trial, Trial Expired, Expired, Dunning, Cancelled, Nonrenewing, Unpaid, Future
There doesn't seem to be a PSB trigger in Pabbly Connect for "Subscription Update", which could allow for this "Subscription Status" to be synced.
When I requested for assistance on this in the PSB Facebook group, I was told this is the way to accomplish this:
"You can use the following webhook triggers available in Pabbly Subscription Billing to get the of update the status of a subscription:
Subscription Create: Triggers whenever a subscription is created.
Subscription Activate: Triggers whenever a subscription is activated (goes live).
Subscription Renew: Triggers when a subscription is renewed.
Subscription About to Renew: Triggers 7 days before a subscription is set to renew.
Subscription Cancel: Triggers when a subscription is canceled.
Subscription Expire: Triggers when a subscription expires.
Subscription Trial Activate: Triggers when a Subscription Trial period gets activated
Subscription Trial Expired: Triggers when a Subscription Trial period gets expired
Currently, we do not have a specific webhook trigger for subscription updates. However, you can use the above-mentioned triggers to receive webhook responses whenever there is an update to a subscription."
This is a lot of work which seems cumbersome and unnecessary - can you please create a specific webhook trigger for Subscription Updates? (your team also asked that I submit this as a product request)
