Can you check my 'Order Bump: Full Behind-the-Scenes CHF Session Breakdown → LeadConnector Tag Added → Create or Update Contact in ActiveCampaign (Add Tag)' Workflow and confirm if this makes sense for an existing contact that is in Active Campaign?

Thanks,

Paul

Hi @paul,

This workflow will create a new contact in ActiveCampaign (and add a tag to that contact) whenever one of your contacts is tagged in GHL.

I have an existing workflow that creates a contact and adds 2 tags when a customer purchases a product and the pipeline stage changes in GHL.

I want to make a second workflow that adds an additional tag if the same contact purchases an order bump.

What would you recommend doing since both purchases would take place at the same time.

Got it. Yes, this workflow will add this tag to the same contact in ActiveCampaign when a tag is added to that contact in GHL.

Okay perfect, and it will still work if both the Micro Offer and Order Bump workflows take place at the same time. Because although both purchases take place at the same time, one sets of the Micro Offer workflow and the other sets off the Order Bump workflow.

I assumed the Micro Offer workflow would always trigger before the Order Bump workflow. However, if it doesn't, you can add a Delay step in the Order Bump workflow to ensure that the same contact is tagged in ActiveCampaign as the one created in the Micro Offer workflow.
