Adding Tags

Good day

I am using the beat version of Facebook leadgen app..then I am sending that data through to Active campaign to a specific list.

What I have found is that the tag is only added after the Contact has been created...this is causing problems as I have to add extra steps - why is the tag not added while the contact is created?

Hey @Trinity One Social

If the Tag is already available on your Active Campaign then you can assign it in the "ActiveCampaign: Create or Update Contact" action event.

Else if you want to assign a new Tag every time then you have to create a tag first and then pass its tag Id to the "ActiveCampaign: Create or Update Contact" action event.
