Additional text being added to values on automated google doc row creation

Hello, when I am automating click funnels new contact to google doc as a row there is additional text being added underneath, how do I remove this and stop it from happening?

Please remove the junk data once and then do the "Save & Send Test Request".

actually I found it after leaving the screen and coming back... I have removed and saved as you saw but it still shows up the junk data on the sheet and when I come back onto the workflow

We have checked your workflow and the random data is not visible anymore. If the issue persists, kindly remove the action step and configure it.
