So I Recieved A Message About My Airtable Being Depreciated.
So When I Delete My Old Airtable And Start My New Airtable
I Get This Error (See Atteachment) About Filter By Formula ? I Don't Understand ? Please Help

Can you please share the workflow URL once in which you have tried the same?
This is definitely a change, but I suspect it's actually a simple "required" flag bug.
In deprecated Airtable action Filter by Formula is not required:
In the new Airtable 2.0 action, Filter by Formula is required: 
If nothing else, it would be useful until the bug is fixed to know a "no effect" filter to put in here to get the flow to run. Until then, simple Searches won't function in Pabbly Airtable Search action.
Further to this, a workaround is just to put the following in the Filter by Formula field:
Just replace the fieldname and the data with the equivalent in your own Search
