You can use the "Open AI: Generate Image" action step for your work.

Further, you need to check from the Open AI how many images you can generate for free.

Aloha! Once the image is generated by DALLE, how can I automate the download of the image then upload it into the post. Would that be 2 connected workflows? As you know, the link to the Open AI DALLE image is only good for 1 hour. Thanks!

The DALLE you're attempting to use presents the attachment as an image within the response. Currently, we do not have support for handling attachments in the API response.
