API available for other APP

Hi there, just wondering if I can add other Apps (other than those under the drop-down list), like https://www.planyo.com/api.php as triggers and/or actions.

Thanks very much for your response. I've tried Webhook but it doesn't work with Planyo. I think i'll need create custom app...sigh....But thanks for your response anyway.
