I am unable to create the contact list. Could you please share the bulk import contact method? Is there any video link available?

In the video you shared, the CSV file format for the bulk upload option appears to be outdated and differs from what is currently available in the system. The current format does not match what was demonstrated.

Could you please review the latest version of the contact bulk upload option and provide an updated video or detailed steps that reflect the current format? Hello @saisaravanan,

You can select multiple contacts under your Pabbly Chatflow. To delete them, simply click the Delete button as shown in the attached image.

Also, to add the contact in bulk, I have created a new CSV file and tried adding it, and it worked. I have attached a video for the same. Please refer to it, and if you face any further issues, let us know.
