Here is my current setup:
I have two funnels:
Funnel 1: Includes one Razorpay payment page for ₹499.
Funnel 2: Includes two Razorpay payment pages for ₹150 each (both pages have the same amount).
I have integrated Razorpay with Pabbly Connect using a webhook, and I am capturing payment data into Google Sheets.
The Problem:
When I try to capture payment data, the webhook sends data for all payment pages (₹499 and ₹150 pages) to all Google Sheets, even though I want them to be separated by their respective payment pages.
I created separate workflows and routers in Pabbly Connect but couldn’t find a reliable way to filter data for the two ₹150 payment pages because their amounts are the same, and the webhook response doesn’t seem to include any unique identifiers to distinguish between the two.
My Requirement:
I need the payments from all three payment pages to be inserted into separate Google Sheets based on their respective payment pages.
Request for Assistance:
Could you please guide me on how to configure Pabbly Connect workflows to ensure that payment data from each page is routed to the correct Google Sheet? Specifically:
How to filter or route data for two payment pages with the same amount (₹150 each)?
If there is any unique identifier in Razorpay webhook responses (e.g., Payment Link ID, Notes, or anything else) that I can use for filtering?
If required, is there any additional configuration I need to do in Razorpay (e.g., adding custom notes to payment pages) to make this integration work smoothly?
Looking forward to your detailed guidance on this matter. Your support would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
