Attachment is not getting attached to the Email Sent

Hello Everyone,
I have a trigger from Google Sheet and Action is to Send Email from Gmail.
I have successfully completed all the steps and the email is going through with the required content.
I have to attach a same pdf attachment to every email, I have entered the google drive link (shared with anyone with the link permission) (Find attached Screenshoot) but the email is going without attachment.
Please assist.
