Hello,

This automation is supposed to auto post a response to comments on a business Facebook page using OpenAI.

Here's the workflow:

The flow is below:

FB Page (New Comment) -> Filter by Pabbly -> Delay by Pabbly -> OpenAI (ChatGPT) -> Facebook Comment (Reply Comment on Page Post)

My automation appears to be running correctly (it's filtering out reactions like instructed for FB Posts), but when there's a comment, it's running through all steps but not posting to the Facebook comment. Here's an example:

Task History ID - IjU3NjIwNTY5MDYzZjA0MzU1MjY4NTUzYzUxMzA1MTY1NTQzMSI_3D_pc
Executed at Dec 10, 2023 12:41:05, (UTC-05:00) America/New_York

Why isn't the automation posting to the Facebook comments?

Hi @ugavetdude,

Make sure to map the Comment ID from the trigger step; otherwise, the reply will be posted on the same comment over and over.
