Automation not getting spayee learner's data

Hello,
I have started Automation and it is not running successfully.
I have tested it also but when any user submits their information through SPAYEE it is not reflecting on Pabbly.
Please guide me through how to get spayee learner's data uninterruptedly.

It seems like you haven't captured the webhook response correctly. Kindly re-capture the webhook response with the help of the following short recorded video for your better understanding.

I have captured the data and got response too .
but when any user doing registration in spayee I am not getting the data of the user.
