AUTOMATION WITH GO HIGH LEVEL

Good morning, I created an automation that when a customer fills out a survey, a snapshot that I have on GHL is automatically duplicated and a sub-account is created and everything works 100% correctly. However, I then created an automation that creates a new user and adds him to the newly created sub account and sends him an email with the credentials, but this doesn't happen, I'll send you the photo of the automation, can anyone help me?

Hello @matteo carasso

I have checked the task history of your workflow named "Onboarding Funnel Completo 100%" and noticed that task history with the correct info executed successfully and in case of failed task history I have noticed that either a user with mapped email in the Create User action already exists or the email mapped in Create Location(Sub-Account) action not an email ID.
