In the Awork: Creat Client Action, we need some extra fields, ist it possible to add E-Mail, Phone and URLs? (description don't exist in awork in this case?) Look at the screenshots:

We have added a separate action event for this. Please consider using this for adding the fields -
Further, the API of Awork allows entering the fields (Like phone, email) one at a time.
