Basecamp 4 http 403 response.

Hi there,

After successfully connected the Basecamp 4 account, the response is a 403 error, so no data is retrieved.

There's no way to connect Pabbly to Basecamp 4?

Kindly once click on the "Re-Capture Webhook Response" and do a test submission by creating a new message-

And check further if this captures a response for your or not.

I've tried to do this with two trigger events: "New Message" and "New Comment" with same results.
First try we get a http 403 response. Trying to Re-Capture... I clicked the button, then posted a new message and comment, and then, the system stucks in a "Waiting for response" message.

Any idea to handle this issue?

We did a test on our end and can see Basecamp capturing response when a new message is added-

Response captured on our workflow-

It seems to be some issue within your account.

Kindly reconnect the new connection and check once more on your workflow if now works or not.
