Can I automate building a complex post using Pabbly?

Hi Friends,
So I would like to build a "one page" minisite within my website, for every Therapist that graduates and earn a degree in our Collage.
I plan to send each therapist a Google Form wizard asking specific question, some open, some not, some allow to upload a pictures.
All responds will be mapped to a raw in a google sheet and each row should publish the data to the new page in wordpress.
Now I saw the Pabbly video on youtube:

(New) How to Create WordPress Post from Google Sheets - Google Sheets to WordPress Integration

What I don't understand is if I will be able to send multiple data from multiple cells in a raw. Not just "post content" . There will be many fields that will get to each raw under different lables like: Name, Personal Photo and many more. Is it possible to build a post with many labels and not just post content using pabbly automation?
The designer is using elementor to build a theme for this. Should I instruct him to use dynamic fields in wordpress for each sections using the labels I choose?

Here's the complete data the Google form should gather from each graduate:
  1. Profile picture
  2. Full name
  3. A written description of the NLP level and an additional profession if applicable and desired to mention
For example: NLP Trainer, Organizational Psychologist
  4. In bullet points: Up to 3 main areas of expertise
  5. Contact icons: Phone for calls, WhatsApp for messages, Facebook or Instagram link
  6. A paragraph addressing the topic: "I can particularly help in situations like:"
  7. A short video in YouTube "Shorts" format
  8. Self-introduction paragraph under the heading "Nice to meet you"
  9. Testimonials displayed within images under the heading: "Messages I received after treatment:" Up to 4 testimonial images to be displayed in a rotating image carousel
  10. The therapist's specific "I Believe" paragraph

Thank you so much for your answer and any help!

Hello @eitanya

Creating a WordPress post with multiple labels is not possible. You can use HTML tags to add the details under the post content field as required.
Is it possible to build a post with many labels and not just post content using pabbly automation?

Also adding text and image URLs using HTML is possible but adding a video doesn't seem to be possible.

Thank you so much Preeti. Maybe if I skip the video, you or anyone else here knows of a technology that may help be build the content externally and just send it as ready HTML tagged content inside post content? Or maybe I better not use pabbly at all for this task but look for a solution inside elementor with the use of Rest api plugin. I know this is all about Pabbly but in case one has some resources I can check I'de be grateful!!

OK, I've researched this with ChatGPT and just for the case anyone else will need to build this kind of project, this is what the research recommends:
To create a dynamic profile page for each NLP therapist using Elementor in WordPress and pulling data from a Google Sheet, you can use several solutions.

  1. Google Sheets Integration Plugins:
    • The Plus Addons for Elementor offers a table widget that can import data from Google Sheets. You’d need to generate a Google API key and link your Google Sheet. This allows real-time data synchronization, which is great for keeping therapist profiles up to date. You'll be able to set the content dynamically in Elementor by mapping fields from the Google Sheet

wpDataTables is another plugin that allows you to import data from Google Sheets into WordPress. It’s especially useful for handling large datasets and provides real-time synchronization, ensuring that any changes in your Google Sheets are reflected on the website without manual updates

WP Table Live Sync provides live synchronization from Google Sheets to WordPress, and it works with Elementor. It offers asynchronous loading for faster performance and allows for a simple setup with a shortcode. This can be a great option for dynamically displaying therapist data

Customizing Therapist Profiles: You can set up different sections (like “Full Name”, “Profile Picture”, “Specializations”) using Elementor widgets, with the content being automatically populated from the Google Sheet. These plugins also support pagination and offer customization options, which can be useful for managing multiple therapist profiles efficiently.

Carousel for Testimonials and Certificates: For displaying testimonials and certificates, Elementor’s built-in carousel widgets can be used. You can pull data from your Google Sheet or upload images and text for these sections manually.
By combining these plugins with Elementor, you can easily create a flexible system where therapist profiles are automatically updated from a centralized Google Sheet.
