Can you have Google Calendar events that are deleted or changed on one calendar adjusted on the other?

I have a work calendar and a personal calendar and I know how to add info from the work calendar to the personal, but if something changes on the work calendar (either a new time or a cancelation) can that be communicated to the personal calendar?

You can utilize Google Calendar: Event Updated trigger application along with Google Calendar: Update an Event and Google Calendar: Search and Delete Event action application to achieve the desired use case.

No, this will only update existing events.
