Cannot connect to Instagram Business

I made a short 12 second video showing the issue, it just goes nowhere - doesn't even ask me to try to login to Instagram.

Hi, I did this today incognito browser and it failed. Same exact thing happened. I did just change from personal to business Facebook account 2 days ago, would that matter?
