can't fetching tag from ODOO

I am trying to implement work flow: New contact on ODOO (trigger) to Mailercloud contact.
It is success to fetch the contact, but unable to fetch the tag.

Hey @lelehelloworld

Since the trigger event is based on descriptions, it captures the response only once it's sent by the triggering application. Therefore, unless Odoo sends the tag details of the contact, there is no other workaround available to retrieve the contact's tag details according to their API reference, which we could not find.
