Can't Find "Customer Name" from Stripe Trigger

I need to gather a subscriber's contact info (name, phone, email) from Stripe using Pabbly. I followed this YouTube instruction
but my test doesn't show any contact info. I scrolled through the whole thing and it just shows Customer ID.

Kindly try adding the "Stripe: Retrieve a Subscription by ID" action step after the trigger event and map the subscription ID once to get certain details of the customer.

It's still not working. Could someone just help me set this up? I'm not sure why it's this complicated
Also - I tried using all the other "ID" type fields. None worked.
It seems like the subscription and customer details might have been deleted, causing the action step to have trouble finding the data.
To resolve this, could you please trigger a new webhook response once and then attempt the process again? This will help refresh the information and allow the action step to retrieve the necessary data accurately.
