Capturing Dynamic Forms/Quiz

I have a form quiz (Marquiz) with dynamic questions, how do I automate properly when a field isn't answered (so it skips it).

My use-case: someone answers a quiz, we use the answer to generate a PDF.

Looking at the response we get back, the values in the response are different based on what the use answers, which means, when we set those values, we can always expect the same response.

ETA is currently not possible. We are currently working on core stability and enhancement. So it will take a while before we launch those features.
