Chat API not working?

I am trying to connect to the chat-api dashboard BUT unable to login.
The website is not working.

Chat API

app.chat-api.com

Am I the only person facing this issue?

My processes are connected from pabbly to whatsapp using chat-api

Any other alternative?

We looked over your concern and it seems like you might have exhausted your message quota or might have too many messages on the queue.

Also, you might need to put your WhatsApp account number connected with internet access in terms to send messages.
