Chatrace to WooCommerce Integration via Pabbly – Order Data Not Syncing Properly

Kiddo

Hi everyone,

I’m a beginner trying to integrate Chatrace with WooCommerce using Pabbly Connect. My goal is to create an order in WooCommerce whenever a customer places an order via Chatrace.

So far, I have successfully synced:
✅ Customer email
✅ Customer phone number
✅ Customer address

However, I am facing issues with syncing essential order details, including:
❌ Items (products ordered)
❌ Quantity of each item
❌ Product prices
❌ Shipping charges
❌ Subtotal amount
❌ Total order amount
❌ Currency

Current Setup

  • Trigger: When an order is placed via Chatrace.
  • Action: Create an order in WooCommerce.
  • Data is flowing correctly for customer details, but the order details are either missing or incorrectly formatted.

Issues Faced

  • The WooCommerce order is created, but it doesn’t contain the products and pricing details.
  • I’m unsure how to properly map line items (products, quantity, and prices) from Chatrace to WooCommerce via Pabbly.
  • Shipping costs and subtotal calculations are not reflecting correctly.

Request for Help

  • How can I correctly structure the product data (line items) in Pabbly to ensure WooCommerce receives all order details?
  • Do I need to use a specific JSON format or array structure for line items?
  • Any best practices or workarounds to make this integration work smoothly?
Would appreciate any guidance or examples from those who have successfully set up a similar integration.

Thanks in advance! 😊

Hi @Kiddo,

Please disable 'Simple Response', then click on 'Re-Capture Webhook Response' and place a new order. Once you have done so, let us know.
