The workflow appears to be set up correctly. However, the error you’re encountering in the task history “Response not received in 25 seconds” indicates that the application to which the request was made did not respond within 25 seconds, which is the standard time Pabbly waits for an API response. If a response isn’t received within this time frame, such an error occurs.

You may try enabling the Auto Re-execution setting for your workflow, as it can help automatically re-run and complete tasks that initially failed due to temporary response delays.

This completely depends on the application to which you are sending the API request. You may reach out to their support team to confirm how long it usually takes for their API to respond.
