Integration Steps:
1. Select "CleverTap" Action:
- Within Pabbly Connect, navigate to the action step and choose "CleverTap" as the action you wish to perform. Then, select an action event, such as "Upload Event."
2. Configure the Connection:
- To establish a connection, select "Add New Connection" and enter the Account ID, and Passcode and choose the Region. If you already have an existing connection, you can opt for "Select Existing Connection" instead.
3. Obtaining the Connection:
- To obtain the Account ID and Passcode, log in to the CleverTap dashboard and navigate to the "Settings" section, copy the "Project ID" and "Passcode" and paste it inside Pabbly Connect.
Actions:
1. "Create/Update User Profile"
- Use Case: A user profile is created inside CleverTap whenever a lead is captured through Facebook Lead Ads.
- Select the "Create/Update User Profile" action, connect your CleverTap account, enter the unique "Object ID, map the user details from the trigger in the "Profile Data" field, and click "Save and send test request." NOTE: Enter the details in key-value pairs in the Profile Data field. E.g. "Name": "Pabbly User", "Designation": "Developer".
