Click ID (fbc) & Browser ID (fbp)

I am trying to send a conversion to Meta if someone submits a form (WordPress/Elementor). This works, but could anybody tell me how to get the Click ID (fbc) & Browser ID (fbp) in the fields:

You can refer to this page and follow the instructions to enter your Click and Browser ID -

Although, they are not a required field and your workflow should properly work without these fields too.
