clickup + vbout automatic tags help

I have two questions regarding this issue.

I want that when the status in ClickUp is the same in vbout tags. For example, if I want to change the status from Warm to Hot. I then wish to vbout that if it already has the Warm tag, remove it and add the Hot tag

The second question is a little bit of the same. When ClickUp status changes I want that tag to be in that contact that was added before.
