Cloud API: Receiving Messages with Number having +

Hi Team,
For successfully sending messages using Cloud API, do we need to remove the "+" from the Mobile number when receiving leads from FB, Instagram or Other Sources?

What if the number is from another country, how does one match the country code for the same?

Hey @zest83

Certainly, there is no tool whcih can identify the country of that particular phone number.

But If you are getting the lead number with their country then you can create an individual Lookup table along with the desired country code and add that number further in the Text formatter.

When I create a lookup table and put the country code - then that column will become the trigger column for the sheet correct ??

In a normal google sheet, it won’t automatically accept the lookup for new incoming data

whenever the FB leads get updated in the google sheets using FB lead to Google Sheet (Append Row) … the cell with the formula is automatically pushed to the next row

same happens when accepting data from a google sheet

In this case:

the incoming data will need to be imported into a new sheet where in the lookup formula is taking care of the mobile number with country code

does that make sense?
Do you agree?

I have some following questions to this but first I need your acknowledgment to this

Hey @zest83

Kindly try the workaround at your end which seems plausible and let us know if you want any further guidance.
