I have set my website on Cloudflare to “Under Attack” mode because we are currently being targeted by bots.

The problem is that when Under Attack mode is enabled, Pabbly Connect automations stop working. We have already whitelisted Pabbly Connect IP addresses, but the automations still do not work.

Could you please tell us what needs to be configured in Cloudflare so that Pabbly can function correctly while the Managed Challenge / Under Attack mode is active?

What is the correct configuration to ensure that Pabbly is not treated as a bad bot?

In the URL below, you can see an example of a workflow we are using (it triggers an action when WooCommerce order status changes to “completed”), which is currently not working.

This is urgent, please.

Thanks for reaching out.

Upon checking your workflow history, we can see that the workflow was getting triggered until Jan 13, 2026 10:04:16 (UTC).

Could you please confirm whether the order status is getting updated properly in WooCommerce (for example, changing to “Completed”) after enabling Cloudflare Under Attack / Managed Challenge mode?

This will help us verify whether the trigger event is reaching Pabbly Connect or if Cloudflare is blocking the request before it gets processed.

Hello,

You can see that the workflow was triggered because we temporarily removed “Under Attack” mode so that the automations could work. The problem is that as soon as we do that, bots start attacking the website again.

We need to keep Under Attack mode enabled for at least a week until the bots stop targeting us, but at the same time we must be able to make Pabbly work.


When the site is in Under Attack mode and in WooCommerce we change an order status from on-hold to completed, the workflow does not work on Pabbly.

It is the same for all the other workflows under the same site. Nothing works.

There must be a solution so that Pabbly is not blocked while Under Attack mode is enabled.
