Hello,

Could you please make a short screen recording showing the exact error you encounter when attempting to update the DNS record?

Please remove the underscore from the CNAME and then try adding the record again. If it gets added successfully without the underscore, you'll need to contact your hosting provider's support team and ask them to add the record with the underscore.

These records are system-generated and cannot be edited or modified from our end.

Just following up—please try adding the CNAME record without the underscore, and if that works, contact your hosting provider to add the required record with the underscore, as it cannot be modified from our end.
