Hi,

I am working on connecting GetFromFlow with ActiveCampaign (AC).
This is a webhook connection.

I can get everything mapped except for one question.
This is a multiple choice question that contains at most 10 answers, but when a from contains less anwers (very well possible) things go wrong.
All others are single answer or input questions (email, mobile).

As not all labels are available the workflow gives an error and stops working.
I started creating this flow in the new builder but that gave a connection error to AC.
Pabbly suggested using the old builder.
I had this completely working except for the multiple answer question.

I have already tried code by pabbly but this is getting to go over my head.
And still does not do what I want.
And gemini suggested turning off simple response in the trigger, but that means everything needs to be coded to make the AC connection working.
At this point I have invested way to much time in this workflow but it needs to work for my funnel.

So I have put the workflow back to the last working version with only the multiple answer question as an error.
What do I need to do to get this working?

Regards Bianca

Hi @BvdZwet,

Thank you for the detailed explanation of your issue. Please disable ‘Simple Response’, then click the ‘Re-Capture Webhook Response’ button and capture a new 10-answer response in your trigger setup. Once you have done that, let us know and we will guide you through the remaining steps.

Do not worry, you will not have to use code to map the data to ActiveCampaign. We have tools that you can use to extract the data, and you will be able to map it the same way you have mapped the rest of the data.

Thanks & Regards,
