Code Error 8: Creating New Contact

I keep receiving this error message when trying to create a new customer in Zoho Books when Calendly creates a Invitee Event. Not sure why this is happening and need it fixed ASAP. I have tried the "List Currencies" solution that I read in another forum, but it is not working. I am also not getting any error codes to my email address. Unsure whats going on.

Hi @newviewfenceco,

You need to leave the 'Is Taxable' field empty. We have done that on your behalf, and it seems to have resolved your issue.
