Companyhub integration

Namaste All,

I am integrating Razorpay Failed Payments contacts into Companyhub CRM. Integration is successful. I need two more additional conditions to be made.

1) Add Unique Tags to the integrated contacts in Companyhub CRM
2) See that the duplicate data is not created.

How can I do the above steps in Actions

3) Additional Question - Does anyone know any good CRM software which supports email campaigns and whats app Integration within budget for a Non-Profit organization within a limited budget to manage less than 3000 subscribers ( For now )

Thankyou so much for your help. Last question, Which App/software ( For email and whats app sending ) works best with pabbly and which is within budget of Rs.2000 per month for a start-up small business.

As we can see from the API documentation of CompanyHub CRM, we couldn't find any option to add tags.
