Conditions were true but workflow not processed

Filter condition is there in 3:04 pm mail today however not processed

Hello @Parth,

Apologies for the earlier oversight of the meeting.

Upon thoroughly reviewing your workflow, we have noticed that the key mapped in the filter contains extra text along with the email, which causes the 'equals to' condition to fail. If the From field contains the required email address, then changing the filter type from Equals to to Contains should resolve the issue. Refer to the attached image for a better understanding

Once updated, the workflow should function as expected.
