Connect Livewebinar and WP Amelia

Hi there,

I would like to connect the WP Amelia wordpress plugin with the Livewebinar product. I can see you have the two on pabbly but I do not appear to be able to perform the action I would like.

There are a few use cases here:
1) When an event is created on Amelia, a LiveWebinar event is scheduled and created (this would be a scenario where it is a group booking opportunity ie online training).
2) When a user books onto a service via WP Amelia, either the details of the LiveWebinar event that has already been created is sent, or a LiveWebinar event is scheduled and created with the details of this sent to the user and the assigned service employee (this would be a scenario in a one to one booking situation).
3) When an event is scheduled and created on LiveWebinar, the respective event is created on WP Amelia.

These are the current scenarios that we would like to solve initially and then there might be more requirements.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Hey @ETC

For your 3 use cases, you need to create 3 individual workflows.

1) When an event is created on Amelia, a LiveWebinar event is scheduled and created (this would be a scenario where it is a group booking opportunity ie online training).

You can refer to the following video tutorial to capture and configure the webhook response.

(Watch the first part of the video)

Then you can use the "LiveWebinar: Create Webinar Registrant" action step to add the registrants.

2) When a user books onto a service via WP Amelia, either the details of the LiveWebinar event that has already been created is sent, or a LiveWebinar event is scheduled and created with the details of this sent to the user and the assigned service employee (this would be a scenario in a one to one booking situation).

You can use the "Router" action step and create 2 routes for your individual condition where you can either the details of the LiveWebinar event that has already been created is sent, or a LiveWebinar event is scheduled and created with the details of this sent to the user and the assigned service employee (this would be a scenario in a one to one booking situation).

3) When an event is scheduled and created on LiveWebinar, the respective event is created on WP Amelia.
Regarding this, you can select the individual trigger event from your WP Amelia account and then with the desired action event of Love Webinar.
