Connect name fluentforms to sms-it

Hey guys,

have a problem with the connection from name fields and email address from fluent forms to sms-it.
Phonenumber and groupname works like a charm.

Any ideas why name/email fields won't work?

We looked into your workflow along with its history log and it seems like the workflow is working fine. Kindly review it once and then try again by giving 2-3 test submissions.
