connect shopify with telegram (keep occureing error 400)

Hi, I'm trying to connect shopify with telegram, and then I keep receiving error about not found chat ID.
What's wrong with me? how to fix this error?

I' getting ERROR CODE 400 too!

What I tried;
1) add "-" before chat ID
2) add "100" before chat ID
3) add "-100" before chat ID
4) add "/-" before chat ID
5) add "/-100" before chat ID

but all of that receive 400 error...
