Connect with Zoho Books to create a contact

I cannot get my Elementor Form to send information to Zoho books without one error or another. Why is it showing errors on things I don't even need it to map? I have tried different settings and if one thing doesn't fail, another does even though I don't even need that field mapped. Just copying a contact name, address, and phone number, etc. from a form to Books as a new contact seems very complicated.

Can you please share the workflow URL once where you have tried the same so that we can look into it.
I don't know why it's stopping on the tax line as I don't even have it mapped to Zoho Books.

Kindly try leaving the Is Taxable field empty once and then use the action step. I hope this might help you out.
