Connecting Hubspot and Google calendar in correct timezone format

In a workflow I am connecting google calendar with hubspot crm but with all tries I am not able to get the timezone correct , using pabbly format date and timezone of hubspot and calendar are also same but no resutl any advice will be helpfull
