Connecting whatsapp business account

Hi,

I would like to know using Pabbly connect how to connect my business WhatsApp account to automate messaging services. Whenever a sale happens, i would like to send messages to the customers, order tracking messages and finally feedback request once it is delivered. It would be great if one of you can help me connect the apps and help me maintain the same feature. Also i would love some help on integrating CRMs in my whatsapp business account to monitor the activities. Thanks

Which application you're using for selling your services and which CRM you're using as well? Please confirm.

Blinkstore. We are looking at Zoho CRM, as of now we dont have any CRMs with us yet.
