Connection to Mailerlite -> Wrong Group

I wanted to make the following connection: If someone has cancelles /was removed from a certain Wishlist Member level, this person should be removed from an exclusive group in Mailerlite. I choose the right level and the right group, also refreshed the data, but still the email-addresses of those people appeared who had not confirmed the subscription of my newsletter. This seems pretty strange to me. If I choose the correct group why does this not work? Any idea is highly appreciated.
