Hi, I am trying to create a workflow that involves viral loops, wishlist members, and Wordpress. However, I keep on getting error codes once I reach the action portion of the workflow.

For instance, I am trying to make it so that once a certain milestone is reached, wishlist member creates a new member profile for them (as a subscriber) where they will immediately get added to a certain free membership tier after unlocking it through the milestone. I successfully got my viral loops account to be linked to a webhook integration, but that is all I could get working.

I am trying to make it so that the same participant can receive access to that membership tier simply by using the same email address they used to join the referral program on viral loops with. However, it appears that I am unable to use the same email. Attached is an example of the error code I came across.

The issue you are facing occurs because Wishlist Member does not allow creating a member with the same email address. To proceed, you can try one of the following solutions:

1. Recapture a response from the trigger and use a new email address to create the member.
2. Use a static email to capture the desired response, then map the response from the trigger and save the step accordingly.

Did you mean using an entirely new email of my own for the wishlist member section of the workflow, or using a new email provided from recapturing a response from the trigger (viral loops)? Recapturing a response from the trigger does nothing except give me the same info as before (e.g. the same test participant info and email address).

To capture a new response, please click on the "Re-Capture Webhook Response" button and then perform the trigger event (milestone reached) once. This will allow you to receive a new response from the trigger, after which you can proceed with creating the member in Wishlist.
