Contact is not added to Chatflow via Pabbly Connect

Pabbly Connect shows success but I don't see the contact in Pabbly Chatflow.
i need to submit the form again, then only the contact is updated to Chatflow.

The workflow appears to be configured such that once JotForm receives a form submission, the contact is updated in Chatflow. Could you please elaborate on your concern further and share the workflow URL This will help us assist you more effectively.
